By placing an order with Jeni Rox Jewelry & Gifts, you agree to the following terms.

1. Personalized & Made-to-Order Products All of our jewelry and keychains are made to order and personalized based on the information you provide at checkout. Please review your customization details carefully before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in personalization details entered by the customer.

2. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after production. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

3. Returns & Refunds Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or incorrect customization details entered at checkout. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at jenirox77@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

4. Cancellations Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production has begun and we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

5. Intellectual Property All product designs, images, and content on this site are the property of Jeni Rox Jewelry & Gifts. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability Jeni Rox Jewelry & Gifts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States.
