Processing Time All of our jewelry and keychains are made to order. Orders are processed and sent to production within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 5–10 business days within the United States. Total time from order to delivery is typically 6–13 business days.

Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods (such as holidays).

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

International Shipping At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at jenirox77@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
